Korea (A lot of poor neighborhoods in Korea seem to have murals on the walls in an effort to 'spruce up' their town... which I hear makes the neighborhoods safer, lowers the crime rate, is better for residents' mental health, etc. I'm sure there's an urban design term for such a thing.) submitted by /u/HauntingsRoll
