 | Spotted this new stencil overnight on the side wall of a pub in St Mullins, Co Carlow, Ireland. Black stencil of a child running with a kite, with the kite coloured in the Palestinian flag. It’s positioned under an existing “Danger: Overhead Cables” sign on the wall. Don’t know who did it just thought it was interesting and very deliberate in terms of placement and symbolism.
