There is a Youtube channel named Untried which has weird videos, (much like an ARG), and I've been searching for the author of the murals to see if it helps solve the puzzle.

There isn't a high chance people know here, but I think it's worth trying. The mural signs off: "by Felix, with apologies to Kevin."
