Construction scaffolding next to a bus stop

My friends and I have been doing street theater in San Francisco inspired by John Carpenter's 1988 sci-fi masterpiece They Live . I also designed a series of They Live lenticular posters and stickers and have been selling them (donating all the proceeds) and giving them away across the U.S. and world. I love seeing videos of the stickers and posters in the wild. I'm thinking this qualifies as "street art" as in John Carpenter's art and my propaganda.

Says “TC 2019”. Which is when I saw it. Anyone know the name of this painter - I like the layout etc. I asked GPT/grok and it said Slawn. However I don’t think he was active in LA in 2019 nor using “tc” but what do I know… thanks!
