I'm looking for fast-drying, reasonably weatherproof, lightfast markers.

I don't need a fine tip or a lot of control, because I'll be using them with stencils.

I would use spray paint but it feels very wasteful. I'm interested in refillable markers if possible.

I'm looking at Grog Squuezers, but I don't know if the paint/ink from Grog dries fast.

Ideas? Advice?
